Referral Disclosure

Independent referral role

Properties are not inspected, and the work described is not performed, by Air Conditioning Installation Las Vegas, an independent referral website. Findings, proposed method, agreement and completed work are the responsibility of your chosen provider.

Availability and pricing

The provider confirms the property address, requested work, appointment availability, inspection charges and full price. A listed location or website enquiry does not guarantee a visit or a result.

Commercial relationships

Compensation for eligible referrals may reach the website from the providers it refers to, without any effect on the information published here or on the price a provider quotes you.

Calls and requests

Your calls and requests may be handed to an independent provider, and calls may be recorded or monitored either by that provider or by call-handling tools. See the privacy page for how the website treats the form details you enter, and ask the provider directly about its own recording and consent practices.

What we do not claim

• That an online request replaces an inspection
• That a listed ZIP code guarantees an appointment
• That any provider is licensed, insured, bonded or guaranteed unless the provider has confirmed it in writing
• That reviews, ratings or awards on other sites reflect a provider shown here

Your decision

Nothing stops you comparing providers, requesting supporting findings or declining a proposal. Check credentials, scope, exclusions and follow-up with the business itself before you authorize work, and begin with Nevada State Contractors Board (C-21 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) for licences.

Photographs on this website

Site photographs are digital marketing assets rather than records of particular customer projects. They are not photographs of staff, customers or completed jobs and are not endorsements.

Questions about this disclosure

Unclear points can be raised through the contact page, and the provider can be asked to explain its relationship with the website.

Plain-language summary

• The website may receive compensation for eligible referrals
• You are free to compare, ask questions and say no
• This website connects you with independent businesses. It does not do the work
• Providers set their own prices, schedules and guarantees

What you can expect from the website

• Information that is written for homeowners and kept free of invented claims
• Pages that say plainly who does what
• A clear statement of the areas it covers
• A request path that explains what happens next

What you should expect from a provider

• An inspection before a firm price when the problem needs one
• Honest answers about guarantees and what they cover
• A written scope with exclusions, products or parts and follow-up
• A clear identity: business name, licence or registration and contact details
• Respect for your decision to compare or decline

Before you hire anyone

Verify the licence with Nevada State Contractors Board (C-21 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning), request proof of insurance, get the scope in writing and keep copies. A provider's page on this website, if there is one, does not replace those checks.

Questions to put to any provider about this relationship

• Do you pay for the requests you receive, and does that affect your quote?
• What are your licence and insurance details, and where can I verify them?
• What will you put in writing before work starts?
• Is your business independent of this website, and how are you connected to it?
• Who is the person or company that will sign the agreement and perform the work?

Records worth keeping

Records worth keeping include the date you used Call Now or sent the form, the responding provider's name, the written scope, any assessment charge and the guarantees offered. They are useful should you later dispute a charge or need to show what was promised.

How this disclosure is kept up to date

Changes to the referral arrangements, to the way calls are handled or to the information on the website lead to a review of the disclosure. This page is updated to say so if the relationship between the website and its providers changes in a way that matters to you.
